The 30-day money-back guarantee Any charge from the last 30 days is refunded in full on request, no questions asked. This includes your build fee and your most recent monthly charge, as long as the charge is within the last 30 days.

How to request a refund Just ask the Titan Assistant and it will take care of it, or request your refund from your dashboard. A member of our team reviews the request and issues the refund to your original payment method; refunds typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Canceling vs. refunding You can cancel anytime - the plan is month to month, with no annual contract. Canceling stops future billing and takes your site offline at the end of your current paid period. Canceling is not the same as a refund; if you would also like a charge from the last 30 days returned, ask us and we will refund it.

Your domain Your domain is yours. If you leave, we transfer it to you or your new provider for a one-time $100 transfer fee.
