What is on your pest control site

  • Ants, roaches, rodents, termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes - every pest you treat on its own line
  • Your phone number on every screen, one tap to call from a kitchen with something moving in it
  • A quote form that emails you the job while the homeowner is still looking at the wall
  • Built to be found when someone in your town searches for an exterminator or a termite inspection
  • Fast and readable on a phone, which is where nearly every pest call starts

Every service you offer, on its own line

Each one gets its own heading and its own words, so the homeowner who searched for that exact job lands on something about that exact job.

  • General Pest Control
  • Ant Control
  • Rodent Control
  • Termite Treatment
  • Termite Inspections
  • Bed Bug Treatment
  • Mosquito Control
  • Quarterly Pest Service
  • Wildlife Removal

What homeowners actually search for

What a pest control site has to show

  • Each pest as its own section - ants, roaches, rodents, termites, bed bugs, mosquitoes - since nobody searches for pests in general.
  • The quarterly plan shown as a plan, with what each visit covers, because the recurring customer is worth more than the one-time call.
  • Termite inspections and termite treatment kept apart, since one is a real estate closing and the other is a house with damage.
  • Your state license number where your state wants it shown, only if you gave it to us, and never invented.
  • Claims about pet-safe or eco-friendly products stated only in the words you supplied, because that promise is yours to keep.
  • The towns and neighborhoods on your route, written out, so a local search matches the places you actually service.

Questions pest control companies ask

Can the site sell my quarterly plan, not just one-time jobs?

Yes. Quarterly pest service is on the pre-filled list and the site presents it as a plan: what the first visit does, what the follow-ups cover, and that it runs all year. That is a different pitch from the one-time spray, and the site keeps the two apart so the homeowner who wants it handled sees the plan first. If you offer other schedules, type them in and each gets its own line.

Termite letters for home sales are half my work. Can it say that?

It can. Termite inspections are listed separately from termite treatment, and you can name the report your state uses when you fill in the form. That puts the words a buyer, a seller or an agent types before closing on your site, in a section written for them rather than for a homeowner with swarmers in the window frame. If inspections are most of your revenue, say so and the section moves up.

Can I say my treatments are safe for pets and kids?

You can say what you told us, in the words you told us. If you fill in the form with the products you use and how you keep pets and children clear of them, the site carries that. We do not add safe, natural or eco-friendly to a pest control site on our own, because that is a promise you have to stand behind with a customer and a regulator. Open the pest control demo above and read the wording.

Which pests get their own section?

Whichever you keep. The form pre-fills ants, roaches, rodents, termites, bed bugs, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, fleas and wildlife, and you keep, drop or add. Every one you keep becomes its own line, and the common ones get their own section with their own words, so a search for mice in the walls lands on rodent control. Wildlife removal is there for the raccoon in the attic if you take that call.
